The item I purchased, I no longer want. Can I return it?
Unfortunately at this time, we are not allowing returns of any products. The reason for this is for sanitary purposes, as we can not resell the items.
I would like to come purchase in person. Where are you located?
We are located at the St.Jacobs Farmers Market, in the main market building on the 2nd floor.

I broke my item, will you replace it?
I am so sorry to hear your item broke! Unfortunately we do not offer a warranty on any of our products, as they are all quality checked thoroughly.

Do you offer untracked shipping? (Letter mail disclaimer)
Yes we do! We offer tracked shipping at $12 and untracked shipping at $6 (letter mail). For untracked shipping, LivLush can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If choosing the letter mail option, the customer acknowledges the risks associated.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery in Elmira, Ontario.
My order was damaged when I received it due to poor shipping...
We are so sorry to hear that! LivLush can not be held liable for damages during the shipping process. We will however assist you with getting all info needed so you can contact the shipping provider.
