The item I purchased, I no longer want. Can I return it?
Unfortunately at this time, we are not allowing returns of any products. The reason for this is for sanitary purposes, as we can not resell the items.
I would like to come purchase in person. Where are you located?
We are located at the St.Jacobs Farmers Market, in the main market building on the 2nd floor.

I broke my item, will you replace it?
I am so sorry to hear your item broke! Unfortunately we do not offer a warranty on any of our products, as they are all quality checked thoroughly.

Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery in Elmira, Ontario.

Great question — and one we get a lot! Here's a quick guide to help you find your perfect match.
Will silk scrunchies slip on fine or straight hair?
Silk's smooth texture means it creates less friction than regular elastic ties, which is what makes it so gentle. If you have very fine or silky straight hair, you may need an extra wrap for a tighter hold — or opt for our Micro Scrunchie or Mini Silk Scrunchies, which have a smaller, more compact band that grips better on finer strands. For thicker or wavier hair, hold is usually not an issue at all.
How does scrunchie size affect hold?
- Micro Scrunchie — Our smallest size (1/3 the size of the mini). Best for fine or thin hair, braids, half-up styles, and anywhere you want a dainty, barely-there look. Wraps multiple times easily for a secure hold on any hair type. Shop Micro
- Mini Silk Scrunchies — A low-profile style that looks like a classic hair tie. Great for all hair types wanting a sleek everyday hold without added bulk. Works especially well for fine-to-medium hair. Shop Mini

What if I have thick or coarse hair?
The majority of our scrunchies are made from 100% pure mulberry silk and hold well on thick and coarse hair. The Xlush, Big Bow and Mini are both popular choices. If you prefer a very firm hold for heavy hair, try wrapping an extra time — the elastic inside our scrunchies is designed to stretch comfortably without losing shape.
Can I wear these for workouts or active use?
Our silk scrunchies are best suited for everyday styling, not high-intensity workouts where a super-firm grip is needed. For active wear, we'd suggest saving your silk for daily styling and reaching for an athletic scrunchie instead.
